All my ferret does is sleep or eat, and she doesn't play anymore. she used to and now she doesn't?

My ferret sleeps all hours unless she is eating. she doesn't even go into corners to go to the bathroom. she just goes in the middle of the floor. I also noticed she is getting lumps or something in her belly and she has gotton a lot bigger as in weight it feals like. she is about 2 years old. somone please help me in my cry of concern. im startng to wrry about adrenal disease for her
