Why doesn't Levothyroxine work?

I'm 16 and i've had an under active thyroid for a year. (i have the hashimotos type) and i have taken Levothyroxine for a year. It has never relieved ANY of my symptoms and my symptoms have worsened and i've got more of them as time goes on. I am on the right dose (100 mcg) and i have been for a long time. All of my blood tests show up as normal for the past 6 months. I got told i might have an adrenal problem so i took some adrenal supplements for months and that didn't help my tablets work any better. I am considering trying armour but i cant seem to get it. I don't know what to do.
