My dad has cancer in his liver lungs adrenal glands kidneys and bowels and now stomach?

i am looking for someone who can talk me through all of this i am having a real hard time and do not like not knowing when... i am only 26 and he has been diagnosed for 4 yrs... its starting to affect him hard now, as the heat is here and he is having more n more difficult breatheing... im finding it hard to know how he is really doing and how much pain he is in cause he hides it soo damn well... i think the worst part is not knowing when and feeling like im not prepared for it at all. i have 3 boys under 4 and i have to explain it to when it does happen
