Ferret loosing her fur?

my ferret is loosing her fur on the bottom half of her tail. Its practically bald and has like red blood patches on bits.. Is she eating at her tail or is it adrenal disease?? She is only young.. Like 15 months old. And a female. Also was desexed last july.this has been happening for about 3 weeks and is only on her tail. Nowhere else
