In 7th grade he never talked to me, but we shared a class together. Then I found out that I'm moving 12 miles away. My best friend asked me if she could tell him & I said yes. She told him & he offered her a moldy apple (?). L8r she told him again & he said, "Oh. where?" Now I'm going to 8th grade and io really really like him and miss him a lot, but I know I won't ever see him again. He doesn't read my emails. He blocked on FB. He actually said I should get 1 in 6th grade (when I hated him) and I did and one day he messages me about my wall post and I hadn't even told him I got an FB. Then he sent me a request after messaging a bit, saying to accept becuz chatting is easie than mssgin. I accepted. In summer my FB got disabled for no reason. I friend requested everyone again, and he denied then after a few months blocked me. Also, when I asked him how he found out about my FB he said he saw on his newsfeed that 1 of my friends had friended me & he clicked on my name cuz he was bored. Turns out my friend had never friended him, so both of us weren't mutual friends of his, & I had 4 friends, so I couldn't have been on his newsfeed. My friends say he's a jerk, but I rlly lyk him. My son only wants to drink red bull. he's only 2 years old and im concern?

My sister started giving him sips of red bull when he was a year old now he's two and wakes up demanding sometimes sneaking red bull to his room. When I was in high school I spent my time pretty much doing nothing. Should I retake my academic course like English and Math? Or should I just look for a job? Ok this is weird but I feel like I need help and I'm too embarassed to tell anyone about this fetish which is so strange that I cannot categorize it. Help!!! I'm scared of growing up!!?

So i'm 13, turning 14 in the summer, and I'm scared of growing up!! I feel like such a little kid compared to most people I know!!! Like half of them are pot heads, some sneak out of their houses to hang out with friends at like 3 in the morning, most get drunk like every weekend, some girls I know have given guys blow jobs and have gotten fingured, and most guys have gotten blow jobs!! And today one guy in my class came to school after lunch drunk!!!! And my best friend, her boyfriend is a drug dealer and does weed and so does she. So I feel like a little 5 year old kid compared to everyone else, and now I'm scared of growing up if it means doing all that stuff......plus I'm going to high school next year and this makes me even more scared!!! I need help with my ferret!?

One of my ferrets, Hoppy, has something wrong with him. The fur on his tail is very thin and he is completely bald on his lower back. His tail is red with little black heads on it. He is always very itchy. He gets red sores all over him. When he scratches himself he digs so hard that he gets cuts. He has lost a lot of weight. I also noticed just a few days ago little pimple looking thinks on his belly. My mom thinks they are his nipples because they are lined up. Is that true? Why would they just be there all of a sudden? I love my ferrets with all of my heart but I cant help him. I'm leaning towards it being adrenal disease but i know i cant afford to help him. Why is my cat too scared to go outside unless im with her?

I adopted her when she was about 8 or 10 weeks old from an animal shelter and she is now a year old. I've been allowing her to go outside since I got her, however when she does go into the backyard its only about 10 feet from the door and no farther. Very rarely I see her sneak into the neighbors yard but she stays right by the gate and comes back when I call her. I leave my backdoor open in the mornings and she will just sit on the doorstep but won't go out unless I go with her, and even then she stays close to the door. if I close the door and she is outside she scratches the door and cries until I let her in (I never lock her out, it just happens by accident sometimes). I just find it strange because we always had lots of cats and my mom always took in strays when we were little and all of them would go outside for hours at a time. Does your cat do this? Why doesn't Levothyroxine work?

I'm 16 and i've had an under active thyroid for a year. (i have the hashimotos type) and i have taken Levothyroxine for a year. It has never relieved ANY of my symptoms and my symptoms have worsened and i've got more of them as time goes on. I am on the right dose (100 mcg) and i have been for a long time. All of my blood tests show up as normal for the past 6 months. I got told i might have an adrenal problem so i took some adrenal supplements for months and that didn't help my tablets work any better. I am considering trying armour but i cant seem to get it. My doctor did a vaginal ultrasound to check for cysts before diagnosing me with PCOS. I can't believe your doctor did not. Cysts are what cause the hormone issues that cause PCOS. I don't know anything about Cushings but I definitely think they need to check your ovaries for cysts before determing you have polyCYSTIC ovarian syndrome. Makes sense to me! Can you have adrenal fatigue without having thyroid issues?

I've experienced extreme fatigue during the day for the past couple of years. Finally got my blood work taken and the Dr. tested my thyroid, which came back completely normal he said. I've been researching online, and really feel like I relate to the majority of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Is there a way I could still have it, even without any thyroid issues? Also got tested for my B12 levels, iron, and diabetes. Everything was fine.

Help with over protective father?

As stated above its quite obvious that I need a little help with getting my dad to calm down a little and maybe get him to see it thru my eyes. Is there something psychologically wrong with my grandmother?

Okay, im 13, she's 76. I went to bath and body works and got myself a ceramic strawberry candle holder, and a few candles to go in it. I left it downstairs... and i come back because i woke upp... it was gone... my grandma had thrown away my mountain dew when i deliberately told her not to throw it away. and she said clearly okay. then, she said later on when i was looking for it " i throw it away, you didn't tell me not to throw away your bottle " when i KNOW i did. Then when i was looking for my candle, ceramic jar, and the lighter, she told me flat out, she doesnt have it in her room. But I smelled my candle in her room. I went back upstairs. I snuck downstairs, i heard her close my ceramic jar. And i saw her taking out the lighter and putting it back in the drawer where she said it was, and made me look for it for about 5 minutes. I confronted her, and she said it was in there. I was like omg with a serious face. I was pissed because i knew for a fact shhe was lying. then my mom came downstairs, and my grandma told my mom, i have the lighter in my room because i took it and her candle ceramic.... like why are you going to lie to me, when all i needed was that because i like taking baths with a candle lit. Is there a psychological problem that has to do with hiding things, and lying? if so... waht's it called? I really need to know, because im getting tired of this. she does this all the time.. i've been putting up with this for like 3 years now, and i am sick of it. she also has a problem of explaining all of her problems to random strangers... what is that called? im soo aggravated... i got my candle back though..

My question is over the last few years I have had to go to my local hospital that has 11-12 full time PA's, DO's, or MD's and one of the DO's is the ER's Dept medical director. I have had to go to the ER on an average of 2-3 times a month over the last 4 years for verious reasons. But of my reasons out of 20 times I rarely ask for PAIN medicine. I've gotten pain medication maybe 1 out of 15 times. Each time its usually potassium or saline I get. I get potassium more than anything cause I have hypokalemia which causes my HR to go tachycardia. I also recently found out secondary adrenal problems, I've had BAD migrains, Ive had several cyst pop due do bad endometriosis (which caused me to have my uterus taken out last year at the age of 26), hypotension. Among other problems. Anyways, this one DO who is in charge has basically taken it upon himself to put into the computer system that Im not allowed pain meds from the hospital cause my trips there. But im not a "frequent flyer" is what my nurse friends tell me. Im not a drug seeker. I seek potassium more than anything. This DO has also called an old dr of mine and told him I was a hypochondriac. When actually I do have problems with me. So My question is when I got into a car wreck that wasnt my fault, guess who was in charge that night? HE WAS. he wouldnt give me medicine and I was in extreme pain. 2 other drs have told me HE (this DO) went in front of the board a while ago and made it impossible to get pain meds when I go to the ER now. But with my HX of having pain. 2 months ago I also had an attack where my HR got up to 189 and they refused to give me pain meds, which is what they usually would give cause the pain is soooo bad cause of PSVT. So Can I sue this Dr for Defamation of character? Or something else. He's always rude. None of his staff likes him, and for him to take my rights away when I get potassium way more than anything is crap. What are my rights???

There is no amount of good grades and good behavior that you can display to make it "okay" to lie to your mother or sneak out to a party. Your mother is protective for a reason, you are still a kid. Even if you don't plan to drink or do drugs, there may be many other people there who are doing those things. People under the influence of drugs and alcohol could hurt you or rape you.

Why was this lizard and garter snake following me and why were they seeking one anothers company?

For some odd reason and this may sound even a bit strange but why was this garter snake and lizard following me? and I still don't understand what is a lizard and a garter snake doing together? It's like their seeking each other for companionship but here's the story: So i'm walking outside to go and take out the trash and what not as I usually always do and i've came across this garter snake and this lizard which are pretty common here in california and there's a lot of them in my apartment complex but anyway these animals were just seeking each other and these were "wild" animals that live in the wild of civilization, the people who live around are use to the animals but can't remember the name of the species of lizard they're pretty small and grayish, me and my cousins would always catch them in our backyard and feed them to our bearded dragon named "KeKe" when we were little and they still have her to this day and she is very healthy and happy but as I was walking towards the trash can or dumpster that's in our parking lot i've heard a little noise behind me and it was really quiet but I threw the trash away turned around and guess what? yup the snake and lizard were right behind me and i'm not making this up either, they were just staring at me and not in a threatening way and i've tried to not appear as a threat to them and at first after i've turned around and saw them I had turned my head up and tried not to make eye contact with them so they won't feel threaten and kept on walking but they was catching up to me real fast and i've tried to get them away from me and not in my house and believe me I was stuck outside for awhile lol trying to get them away but then i've picked them up and moved them to a further area but not far enough from their territory and ran as fast as I could but they were so fast that they kept catching up to me after every attempt to get them away these animals were very smart but then i've had my sister get a little piece of meat and i've found some insects to give to them to distract them so I could run back in the house but it was not working at all but then finally they took their eyes off of me for a second then I snuck as fast as I can back into my house and made it and then I was looking out my window to come found out that the lizard and garter snake was still there just staring out the door but then i've found this little empty 20 gallon aquarium in my closet and went back out to get them and set them inside and they gave me no problem what so ever, i'm going to release them back soon but for now they'll just stay in the aquarium with the proper lighting/heat source for them to stay warm and a cool side to stay cool and I have a huge water dish for them to drink out of and newspaper as substrate and i've even set them next to my bed so they could see me and I could see them since they were for some reason seeking my company which I still don't understand? but they still seem to be happy and healthy since i've captured them but could somebody please explain to me what was a garter snake and a lizard doing together seeking company? and why were they following me? i'm going to try and post a picture of them and get a video up soon on them before I release them and show you this shocking unusual reptile behavior and i'm going to post it up on youtube so stay tune and my youtube channel is a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/emoneyo2" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/user/emoneyo2/a but sorry this question was so long but please read it, this is one of my interesting and unusual questions i've ever posted in the reptile section but could somebody explain this unusual behavior among these two animals that goes against their instincts.

Doctor thinks that in addition to Hashimoto's Disease I also have Addison's Disease...?

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease a few months ago and was scheduled to see a specialist, which I did monday morning. He sent me for blood work and his office called today and wanted me to come in. The results indicated that my adrenal gland may not be functioning. I go for more tests tomorrow. If it is in fact not functioning he said it would mean that I have Addison's Disease. Both Hashimoto's and Addison's are autoimmune diseases. I am just nervous. The doctor said the meds for Addison's have some bad side effects. Anybody have experience with Addison's? Any info you have would be nice. Thanks

Doctor Rx'd me Medrol 4mg 6 day taper therapy. Side effects?

I was prescribed to Medrol Dosepak for 6 days, first day is 6 pills, and tapers off one pill a day. Total of 21. Im 15, and tall and weigh about 180, I'm working on getting more fit for the summer, and i heard that medrol can cause rapid weight gain, and that'd interfere with my goal. For anyone who has taken this, how strong was the weight gain? or appetite? If it's only the appetite that causes the weight gain (something i can control) I can man up and just continue my diet, but I was wondering if its something chemical for example the adrenal gland would slower my metabolism or something. Once again, for anyone who has taken it can you tell me how your weight thing was going on? And any other comments about your experience. Thanks ! My friend I believe that the heavyweight division would certainly be a heck of a lot more exciting with these guys and that the interest would be far greater compared to what we have. Don't get me wrong here as the Klitschko brothers are great fighters and would probably beat any of these guys on the list although several would be capable of giving them a good fight or perhaps an upset as there are some big punchers on here. Once your doctor gets all your tests results he should be able to tell you what he thinks has caused your adrenal insufficiency, and if you will need to stay on Hydrocortisone permanently. I had to take Prednisone, which I believe is somewhat stronger than Hydrocortisone. I had an autoimmune disorder, so the goal was to shut down my immune system. I tried to stay away from sick people, wipe down the handle of grocery carts, stuff like that. My doctor gave me antibiotics to take 3 times a week to help ward off any infections. If you have to take Hydrocortisone permanently, then you probably won't be able to work in any health care setting. I'm on disability, but I have a lot of other health problems besides my immune system being screwy. I don't have your problem, but I know SS basis their determination on whether they believe you can engage in any gainful employment or not.

I have an under active thyroid and i've been taking levothyroxine for a year but it doesn't get rid of any of my symptoms. I also have adrenal fatigue. Adrenal Insufficency-Addisons Disease, now very sick!?

I was diagnosed with Adrenal insufficency two months ago and was put on 40mg of Cortisol daily. I was doing great until two days ago when I decided to go on a 2 mile walk with a friend, in the country. It was very hilly and quite a workout. That night I started feeling really bad. The next morning I woke up worse. I had a severe headache, muscle cramps so bad I couldn't move much, diarreha and felt very cold all day. Today has been even worse. I feel crampy (both muscles and stomach),shaky, extremley weak (to the point where I have barely moved all day), so very tired despite plenty of "resting" and sleep, and oddly disconnected from everything going on around me. I found it difficult to even have a phone conversation. My endocronologist is out of the office until monday and I don't know if my symptoms warrant an ER visit. Maybe I just overdid it? Could it be related to my Addison's? What can I try to feel better? Safe to wait till Monday?

I have a similar sort of problem but not to the extreme that you have, I am just tired all the time and nauseous. I had glandular fever 18months ago when I was 15, and ever since then I haven't felt right. I used to go out with my friends all the time and now I just never have the energy to and drinking causes my symptoms to worsen so I just avoid that. My immune system is also rubbish, I always have something else wrong with me e.g - throat infection etc. After being back at the doctors so many times he finally suggested that I probably have ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) which is basically the same as CFS (Chronic fatigue syndrome). Unfortunately there is no cure, it can go in a few months or it cannot go at all.

Yes he was, but he could not deal with it. We all have bad days or weeks or even years. But some of us are what I call hardy or tuff and we learn to deal with it. Nothing in life stays the same the bad times or the good times it is always changing. You learn to some how to cope.

I can't take this anymore!!!!!!!!!! thyroid problems- PLEASE answer?

So basically, i've got an under active thyroid and i've had it for over a year now and things have just got worse and worse. I've been to see over 30 different doctors on the NHS and none of them have helped me in the slightest, they don't even listen. I have so many symptoms- bad hair loss which has totally distressed me and upset me because my hair meant everything to me and now i have lost over a third of it, i have freezing cold hands and feet all the time, constipation, irregular periods, a swollen thyroid, and very bad insomnia and fatigue. I have been taking Levothyroxine for a year, it has never worked, never got rid of any of my symptoms except maybe my periods are a bit more regular but that's it. I'm on the right dose, 100mcg, my blood tests are normal all the time. Doctors don't listen when i tell them it doesn't work. I can't even explain how much this has destroyed my life, i haven't even left the house in months, i haven't been able to go school in 9 months. I have heard of a drug called Armour thyroid and a few weeks ago i was desperate to try it but no doctor will prescribe it to me because it's not licensed in the UK, the only way to get it is off the internet and at first my parents refused to buy it for me (i'm 16) and now i've found out that i have a low adrenal reserve so i don't even know how to treat that, the NHS have told me that they can't offer any treatment for me and i looked on the internet and just found these nutri adrenal supplements that you can take for them. But one private doctor i saw told me that ,if i decided to do that i would have to come off levothyroxine for 2 weeks, then go on the nutri adrenal things for 3 weeks (also not on any thyroxine) and then go on armour (if i can get it) after 5 weeks of being on no thyroxine because there could be a risk of getting thyrotoxicosis if i went straight on it. But i really can't do that. The last time i went off levothyroxine for 5 weeks i had that myexodema thing which is really severe hypothyroidism i think, and i'm scared my hair loss will get worse and i'll go bald and i'm scared my thyroid will get more swollen. I'm sorry this is so long, but i have no other place to turn to other than the internet, i've given up with the doctors, i've even seen a private one who didn't help. I've been asking questions on yahoo answers about my thyroid for months and i haven't really got an answer that helped so please answer. All of this has made me feel suicidal in the past. I'm so scared and worried because i know that my symptoms have got worse and will only get even worse unless i do something about it. But i don't know what. Thanks in advance.

I have had shoulder pain for the last 3 years?

I went to see my GP who referred me to physio I had a bit of improvement but went back with the same problem 3 months later,my GP prescribed ibuprofen with the same results I persevered with the pain until I went to see my GP again this March she would have referred me back to physio but I told her I wanted to get to the bottom of the cause of the pain.I was sent for a chest x ray in April(2011) it came back showing inconsistencies I was referred to chest clinic at my local hospital who sent me for CT,PET & MRI scans Pulmonary function breathing tests,Bronchoscopy & CT scan needle biopsy of the Lung last week I was given a diagnosis of lung cancer & the consultant talked about having an op to remove part of my right lung but they wanted to wait for the results of the MRI scan which took place last Wednesday,yesterday(Tues)I attended chest clinic with my husband & was given the results of the scan apparently I have cancer in my R shoulder,Adrenal glands & top of my R leg (which they`re not too bothered about at the moment ) because I have cancer in more than 1 place I can`t have the op I am to start with Chemo next Monday my question is does anyone think I have a case for negligence with my GP for not acting sooner.

Should I sneak my dog in?

I have a 9 year old chihuahua Gizmo. We found a house to rent and everything is perfect except one thing...no pets...I don't know what I was thinking I was going to do or maybe I just thought he'd be easier to re-home but now I'm extremely sad that I have to give him away. I'm trying to convince my husband that I want to keep him and we can sneak him in the house. They have to give you at least 24 hours notice before the property manager would visit so we could hide all his stuff and be gone for the day or whatever. Hypothyroid - Totally exhausted ? Adrenal fatigue?

I have been suffering with Hypothyroidism for 13 years and Thyroxine does not help. For the last two years I have really been struggling with everyday tasks as I get exhausted very easily. I have been to my doctors and my last TSH result was 150, the usual range should be 3.5 to 10. My doctor will not prescribe T3 or Tertroxin or dessicated thyroid to see if T3 will help. She will not refer me until May to the endocrinologist as she wants to get my TSH lower. I am on 200mcg of Thyroxine and am currently in bed as I have nothing left, my energy levels are non-existent and although I am on Amitryptiline as my doctor says that my depression is causing the symptoms I still feel exhausted. I have telephone my doctors surgery twice this morning to make an appointment to get a second opinion and have been told that there are no appointments until Thursday and I don't know what to do. I have such a brain fog that I struggle to work, get confused very easily, which is frustrating and embarrasing as I was quite intelligent before I developed Hypo. I have thought about changing my doctor but it will take time for the new doctor to get my notes. I have also thought of presenting ay the hospital as I really feel that bad. I got up for work this morning but went back to bed as I did not have the energy to get dressed and had such a headache. Has anyone got any ideas that can help me please, I feell like I want to go to sleep and never wake up which is dreadful as I have a wonderful, supportive partner and two lovely children and great friends. Treating adrenal disease in ferrets?

I have started to notice the symptoms of adrenal disease in my 6 yr old female ferret. Ferret adrenal disease -- did my ferret heal himself?

My ferret was diagnosed with adrenal disease/adrenal tumors. He had lost almost all the hair on his trunk, had lost a lot of weight with a distended belly, and was slowing down a lot. The vet advised against treatment, as my ferret is over 8 years old and most likely is at the end of his life. We opted for no treatment. About 3 months after his diagnosis, his hair grew back almost completely, he started to gain weight again, and he has a lot more energy. Did he recover on his own? Can ferret adrenal disease just "go away"??

Why do people seem to go to amazing lengths to display incredible amounts of uncalled for rudeness?

The 2 biggest places it seems to happen are in high school and on the internet. I was just recently ditched by my 2 "best friends" for other people, and now they seem to feel the need to treat me like total crap in order to impress them. Seeing as they shut me out, I've decided to do the same, and I haven't willingly talked to them since. Then there's my class (the 2 people who shut me out are younger than me) who will sneak up on me, smash a chair over my head, and laugh at me. I'll turn around, ask what's your problem? Then I'll get the holy, calm down it was just a joke routine. Then there's the internet. I'm only really part of one social network, youtube, and all I do is comment. I'd say next to facebook, youtube is the worst. That's why I dont (and never will) have a facebook. I could post some completely innocent comment on youtube,and some jerk will look freakishly deep into it, find something insulting, and bash me down over it. so here I am not arguing and just asking the person to calm down, and they'll just keep right on cussing me out. I just find it hard to function in modern society whilst being constantly picked on and bashed down by people who feel the need to belittle others to enlarge themselves. What can I do to cope?
