Adrenal Fatigue anyone????????????

Hi I have had every test noone knows what the problem is. Here are my symptoms dark circles,hair loss,fatigue, back pain,bloating, constipation,irritability,dry hair pelvic pain. I thoughtit was hypothyroidism was tested 3 times nothing. b12 was 211 now up to 320 so its better I was wondering maybe adrenal fatigue? the doctors probably think im nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!
