Why is my heart racing and i have pains in the side of my chest?

I'm 16 and today i suddenly got a racing heart and aching pains down my right side,i took my blood pressure and it was slightly high but my pulse was 96! I have an under active thyroid and i didn't do anything different today except i have been taking nutri adrenal tablets and this is my fourth day taking them. Could they have caused it? I'm really worried.
