I need help with my ferret!?

One of my ferrets, Hoppy, has something wrong with him. The fur on his tail is very thin and he is completely bald on his lower back. His tail is red with little black heads on it. He is always very itchy. He gets red sores all over him. When he scratches himself he digs so hard that he gets cuts. He has lost a lot of weight. I also noticed just a few days ago little pimple looking thinks on his belly. My mom thinks they are his nipples because they are lined up. Is that true? Why would they just be there all of a sudden? I love my ferrets with all of my heart but I cant help him. I'm leaning towards it being adrenal disease but i know i cant afford to help him. Does anybody know anything I can do to help him with the pain if there is any?
