the way i did i would take a step every minute until i reached the stairs! breath steady and be confident you wont get caught i used to do this all the time. Take your time opening the door if it squeks open it really fast but of course dont let it slam good luck and delete this after to so you dont get caught Oh and leave pillows under the sheet
