How do i ask my parents for a razor so i can shave?

well im 13 years old and i have had like a mustache since i was 12 and ive bin sneaking my dads electric razor to shave it. well i kinda want my own cuz now im starting to get hairs on my chin and yeah and i don't like the electric one i want a disposable one cuz it looks fun lol. but im embarrassed to ask how do i ask them?
