Hotel twin sharing room?

Ok I know that the questions I'm gg to ask sound silly... I've reserved a twin sharing room for me an my sis to stay during our trip to hong kong, however my mum n dad would love to join but we are kind of budget... So do u think it's possible to sneak in everyone in a twin sharing room without the hotel acknowledgement/ paying the extra rooms or charges? Appreciate ur kind answer :)
