Can I go to a school in my district but I'm not district for?

i live in Douglas County in Georgia. There is this new high school and my parents and I don't want me to go there. the problem is that i am district for it . the school that my parents want me to go to is also in Douglas County. will i be able to attend the school my parents want me to go to by my mom driving me everyday to and from school. also the new school is very far away from where i live but the school i want to go to isn't
